A reprinted photostat model sheet from the Disney Studios animated classic "The Sword in the Stone" (1963). Featuring several facial expression and pose suggestions for Sir Kay, the original model sheet was created at the studio and used during the animation process. This model sheet was likely reprinted later for comic books, as it bares a "comic strip dept. Walt Disney Productions" stamp on the reverse. Measuring 11"x14" overall, with the character image area measuring 9.75"x13.25", the sheet is in very good condition with age-related discoloration and fading, rippling to the edges, edge and corner wear, a large vertical crease down the center, and pinholes throughout from studio use.
